I happened to come across your web site, and decided to
take a look at your opinions on the resurrection of Daniel Eke’s.
It’s clear to me that you are not a Christian, and most likely working
for satan. The Liar, The Thief, Who was stripped of his power, who runs
away like a little kid at the name of JESUS.

No joke… I got this letter just the other day. I mean, I am flattered that people not from within my circle are reading my blog… but saddened to hear contents to this effect. And, I have to admit, I am defensive… and so I wrote back…

Dear Sir,
I thank you for your time in reading my opinions and replying. However, may I remind you that your allegations and accusations are serious matters for you are basically judging me in the strictest sense. You have condemned me to Hell with no whatsoever justification nor consideration, nor even any reasons for making those accusations in your letter.
If you are so sure of yourself of these accusations, may I remind you to above all fear God first. I take such accusations seriously because they concern spiritual matters and what more, my eternal destiny. However, you should seriously worry for your own spiritual state if your condemnation of me is not how our Lord sees it. Therefore, please show me your basis of such accusations and even for yourself, any basis that is removed from God in any way is none worth mentioning because they would be merely man-held views.
Take care and may God give us the Grace in which we all need daily,
God bless
….. and nope… I have not gotten any reply nor do I think I will any time soon. Ah well… I just do my best
Who moved my Cheese?
Yes… I finally read this book… which Lawrence insisted I have a go at, early last year. I read it under half an hour. It is a good management book… the sort that makes it more comprehensible than the management textbooks which we were prescribed to read in uni. However, although it would and has been ‘proven’ beneficial in the business world, I hardly think it is the same for a persons spiritual life. In fact, I will go so far as to say that, adoption of such a mindset is trully detrimental to one’s understanding of God and His plan for us humans and for us individually.
A basic reason is because of the underlying assumptions made in the book: one… Cheese gives us happiness and happiness is what every ‘mice’ and ‘little people’ seek in life. two… There is no realistic account of the fact that our live span is unpredictable and does factor into the way our responses would work and should work. three… the fact that point one and two does produce the necessity to understand the ‘why’ question in life was completely ignored.
Hence my opinion. And notice that you may think I am making a fuss over a book that claims no spiritual dimension/usage, look again… the author claims that Cheese may be the ’spiritual fulfilment’ or ‘peace’ that one looks for. So there!

P.S. I just checked… there is even a “Who moved my Cheese?” for kids!!! Oh no… 8(
